Some Discover cardholders had their credit card(s) moved to Capital One yesterday. My wife was one of those customers and the transition was incredibly easy. Based on the information provided before they started moving over accounts, it didn’t sound like it would be possible to convert Discover Cashback Bonus earnings to Capital One miles if you have any miles-earning Capital One cards, although I don’t believe it had been explicitly ruled out.
