—Bear with me: The fifth and final season of the Chicago-based hit TV show The Bear began airing June 25, the Chicago Sun-Times noted. Besides airing on FX, the show streams on Hulu and Disney+. It began with two episodes and then a single episode each week, according to FX. The Bear is loosely based on the River North restaurant Mr. Beef and has filmed in Chicago for years.

The website of the high-end West Town restaurant Atsumeru says that the spot “is built on the quiet power of gathering. Ramsay has been behind two dozen TV series (including the U.S. version of Hell’s Kitchen, which began in 2005 and still runs), and owns or has owned almost 100 culinary spots worldwide. Restaurant-wise, I had only been to Gordon Ramsay Steak in Las Vegas.
