After weeks of waiting, NetEase has finally revealed their official trailer for Season 5 which will bring in X-lovers Rogue and Gambit. What’s cool is, we also have a teaser for another possibly incoming X-Man. Check out the trailer first: Before the Timestream Entanglement tore their world apart, Gambit and Rogue were ready to say “I do” on Krakoa. But destiny intervened.

Every Jurassic movie kind of has to introduce a new kind of dinosaur, and with the recent Jurassic World Rebirth, the film introduces a new mutant dino in the form of the D-Rex. As it turns out, director Gareth Edwards actually took some inspiration from a classic Star Wars monster to give the creature its final look. In a recent interview with Collider, Edwards confirms that the D-Rex is partly inspired from the Rancor in Return of the Jedi.

For a while it seemed like Tom Hardy was Christopher Nolan’s golden boy, but it’s been almost a decade since Hardy and Nolan worked together in a movie. What’s funny is, Hardy look-alike Cosmo Jarvis (Shogun) had been cast in Nolan’s The Odyssey, but he apparently had to leave the production because of scheduling conflicts, and according to Deadline, Jarvis was replaced by Logan Marshall-Green—who undoubtedly looks even more like Tom Hardy.

Like it or not, current fandom culture is now plagued with all kinds of toxicity whenever a POC actor is announced for a franchise that was dominantly white for a time. It happened with Star Wars, and it’s now happening with the Harry Potter reboot with Paapa Essiedu being cast as the new Professor Snape. With so many people complaining about the casting, a Potter vet, Jason Isaacs, who played Lucius Malfoy in the original movies, has stepped up to bat for Essiedu.

Ever since Timothee Chalamet has been in the spotlight, he’s more or less sported the same kind of hairstyle from Call Me By Your Name to Wonka. With work starting for Dune: Messiah soon, word is coming out that Chalamet is actually going bald this time. The rumor comes from @SolaceCinema who says that Chalamet has shaved his head for Messiah, and that the movie is expecting a ‘massive tonal and stylistic shift’.

It’s a big week for DC Studios, and James Gunn and the cast of Superman are hard at work doing press for the movie. With Gunn being a central figure in the comic book movie space, Gunn talks a bit about cbms and what he feels doesn’t need to be adapted onscreen anymore.

James Gunn has always been very particular with his needle drops. It was apparent in Guardians of the Galaxy and The Suicide Squad; but with Superman, it’s said the whole movie will be his first movie that will all be just original score. Even if that was the case, Gunn has teamed up with Spotify to come up with custom playlists for characters like Superman, Lex Luthor, Eve Teschmacher, Metamorpho, and the Engineer.

It’s going to be a while before we get the Chainsaw Man movie, but it looks like we got the second season of Dandadan first. The series is now available on Netflix, we have a look at the full opening featuring new and familiar characters. The opening is called On the Way and is performed by AiNA THE END who has also provided the opening for the incredibly underrated Tengoku Daimakyou/Heavenly Delusion.

It was kind of expected that The Last of Us Season 2 was going to be met with some controversy, and with the recent news of Neil Druckmann leaving the HBO series; more people online are just getting worried about the third season. Just when people didn’t think ND’s exit could make things worset, Druckmann’s writing partner Halley Gross is also leaving the series: Neil Druckmann and Halley Gross have BOTH decided to step away from ‘The Last of Us – Season 3’. this is crazy.

It’s been a wild ride, and The Boys on Amazon Prime Video is now gearing up toward its final season. Though we have to wait until next year, showrunner Eric Kripke has confirmed that production has wrapped, and he commemorates the last day on the set of the Seven’s council room.
