Set against vivid, almost surreal color environments, the film contrasts the raw immediacy of LightSpray’s production with LOEWE’s refined approach to material and form. It’s dynamic, slightly abstract, and unmistakably contemporary, much like the shoes themselves. The LOEWE x On collection officially launched on May 14, 2026.

The Flat Pack: Minimalism as Discipline The Miru 1day Flat Pack's packaging — just one millimetre thick, the slimmest in the world — sits flush in a jacket pocket, a breast pocket, a slim travel wallet. What strikes you first is how unremarkable the ritual becomes. You peel the foil, and the lens is already oriented correctly, outer surface up, ready. No squinting at a bowl of solution, no second-guessing inside-out. You are done in seconds, and your hands have barely touched the lens itself.

That ease is the final and most important detail. Clothes worn with discomfort are merely fancy dress. What one observed in Prince Vincent, in the way he stood, hands clasped before him, in the way he sat on that gilded chair, was the beginning of what I can only describe as authority. Not the borrowed authority of office, but the more durable kind that emerges when a young man begins to inhabit his own character.

We quickly agreed on a medium-weight wool, and then it was off to races: considering options for pants and jackets.
