Happy New Year and welcome to 2026! This past 2025 was a year where work played a big role in my life. Not in a negative way. It was a year of building with a growing team, taking on more responsibility, and pushing a company forward in a way that genuinely matters. Being part of something that is expanding its impact globally is energizing, and I am proud of what we have accomplished together. When work is meaningful, it tends to take on a life of its own.
