Rockstar Games has reminded the voice cast of GTA 6 that they remain under a non-disclosure agreement and cannot reveal their roles before November 19, according to the hosts of the GTAVIoclock podcast. The reminder reportedly went out shortly after actor Stephen Root confirmed that he appears in the game. Rockstar has not commented publicly on the message. The podcast hosts discussed the message in episode 141 and quoted it as follows: "We would like to remind everyone to please remember your NDA.

Anthropic has launched Claude Marketplace, a single destination inside its AI platform where organizations can add connectors and plugins, buy Claude-powered agents and products, and find service partners, according to an Anthropic blog post. The marketplace went live on September 23, 2026, with more than 2,000 connectors and plugins at launch. Claude already allowed users to connect apps they rely on, and the marketplace goes beyond those basic integrations.

Opera has added an option that turns on the browser's free built-in VPN automatically whenever the device connects to a public Wi-Fi network, according to an announcement on the Opera security blog. The feature launched on September 24, 2026 and is rolling out to users in the United States and France first. It is switched off by default, so users need to enable it in the browser settings before it does anything.

Microsoft has confirmed that recent Windows 11 updates can leave some devices on a black screen after sign-in, with the desktop session failing to load, according to a new entry on the Windows release health dashboard. The issue affects Windows 11 versions 24H2, 25H2, and 26H1, and Microsoft has marked it as mitigated while a permanent fix is in development. The problem started with the August 2026 non-security preview update, KB5120998, and carries over into subsequent updates.

Mojang has announced the Sift, the first new dimension for Minecraft in over 14 years, during its Minecraft LIVE September 2026 broadcast. The Sift will debut in the spin-off Minecraft Dungeons 2, which launches on September 29, and will come to Minecraft Java and Bedrock editions in 2027, according to Mojang. At the same gaming event, the studio also confirmed a Nintendo Switch 2 edition of Minecraft for October 27, 2026.

Anthropic has made cloud sessions in Claude Code available to eligible Pro and Max subscribers without requiring a research preview sign-up, and is offering up to $250 in free promotional credits for them. According to Anthropic, the promotion began on September 23, credits must be claimed by October 7, and any unused balance expires on November 4. The promotion covers the AI coding tool's cloud mode only, not local Claude Code sessions.

Google is rolling out a redesigned long-press menu and new swipe gestures in Google Messages on Android, changing how users copy text, check timestamps, and reply to individual messages. The changes are tied to recent Google Messages builds, including version 20260910_03_RC02, and are being enabled server-side, so not every phone receives them at the same time.

Microsoft has paused the rollout of KB5002907, an optional update for out-of-date Microsoft 365 Apps installations, after reports that it deactivated or, in some cases, completely removed perpetual Microsoft Office 2016 and Office 2019 installations on Windows PCs. The set costs £349.99 in the UK, is sold through Rockstar's official store, and releases on November 19, according to Rockstar's Newswire announcement. Rockstar describes the bundle as "a premium Grand Theft Auto 6 collectible set featuring all the essentials for a good time." Items carry Vice City, GTA 6, or Rockstar branding.

Disney is raising US prices for Disney+ and Hulu again, with the standalone ad-free plans for both services climbing from $18.99 to $21.49 per month. The increase comes exactly one year after the previous price hike, and Disney says the ad-supported Disney+ and Hulu bundle, its most popular option, stays at $12.99 per month. The standalone ad-free rise works out to $2.50 per month, or about 13.2%.
