August 10, 2026 Average gasoline prices in Texas have fallen 3.2 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.51/g today, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 13,114 stations in Texas. Prices in Texas are 9.4 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 84.7 cents per gallon higher than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has decreased 5.1 cents compared to a week ago and stands at $5.275 per gallon.
