(Reuters) – A Russian drone attack injured four people and sparked a large fire in a hotel and restaurant complex and other buildings late on Friday in the southeastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro, the regional governor said. Serhiy Lysak, governor of the surrounding Dnipropetrovsk region, said the injured were being treated in hospital. Firefighters were bringing the blaze under control. “A large fire has broken out in the restaurant complex,” Lysak wrote on the Telegram messaging app.

(Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump has pardoned the three co-founders of cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX, a White House official said on Friday. CNBC was the first to report earlier in the day that on Thursday, Trump granted pardons to Benjamin Delo, Arthur Hayes and Samuel Reed, who had pled guilty to money-laundering charges. The pardons come at a time of optimism in the crypto industry about looser regulation under Trump, who courted crypto donors during his campaign and promised support.

The group has emerged as front-runners.

The 22,000-seat soccer stadium in Exposition Park sits adjacent to the LA Memorial Coliseum and is the home of Major League Soccer’s Los Angeles FC and the National Women’s Soccer League’s Angel City FC.

UConn star Paige Bueckers confirmed Friday she will enter the 2025 WNBA Draft. Colorado keeps Deion Sanders with contract extension, huge raise
Deion Sanders will remain the head coach at Colorado through the 2029 season under terms of a contract extension announced Friday. He will earn a base salary of $10 million in 2025, making him the highest-paid football coach in the Big 12 and among the top 10 highest-paid head football coaches in the country, the university announced. By Tim McLaughlin (Reuters) – Dominion Energy CEO Robert Blue missed out on taking home more than $4 million in cash after the utility’s shareholder return and operating profit during 2022-2024 failed to meet performance targets. Blue received $438,240, just 9% of the potential target payout of nearly $5 million, the company disclosed on Friday in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The company did not respond to a message seeking comment.
