Our Capital Markets team has advised Aurrigo International plc (Aurrigo) on its recent fundraising, which raised gross proceeds of approximately £14.1 million. The funds raised will be used to build multiple show demonstrator vehicles, expanding the company's software, engineering and deployment teams and the relocation to larger facilities with an increased design and manufacturing capacity.

Our Capital Markets team has advised Strand Hanson (as Nomad) and Peel Hunt (as joint bookrunner and broker) on Ondine Biomedical Inc.'s fundraise of approximately £11 million. Ondine Biomedical Inc. is a life sciences company based in Canada and a global leader in photodisinfection-based therapies to treat and prevent a wide range of infections, including those caused by drug-resistant pathogens. The Company will issue 73.33 million new common shares at 15p per share as part of the fundraise.

Our Corporate team has acted for THG plc (THG) on the £103 million sale of its flavour manufacturing and development lab, Claremont Ingredients (Claremont), to international flavour specialist Nactarome Group. Claremont, acquired by THG in late 2020 for £52 million, has played a key role in supporting the growth of THG's flagship sports nutrition brand, Myprotein.

The UK government has launched a consultation on reforms aimed at creating a new designs framework, purpose-built for today's digital landscape and better equipped to support and stimulate UK creativity and innovation. The consultation will explore all facets of design law reform.
