Our Capital Markets team has advised Strand Hanson (as Nomad) and Peel Hunt (as joint bookrunner and broker) on Ondine Biomedical Inc.'s fundraise of approximately £11 million. Ondine Biomedical Inc. is a life sciences company based in Canada and a global leader in photodisinfection-based therapies to treat and prevent a wide range of infections, including those caused by drug-resistant pathogens. The Company will issue 73.33 million new common shares at 15p per share as part of the fundraise.
