(Sharecast News) - Sthree revealed on Thursday that chief executive Timo Lehne had acquired 20,427 shares in the London-listed staffing specialist. Lehne, who took over as CEO in April 2022, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 289.16p each, for a total value of £59,067.73. As of 1530 BST, Sthree shares were up 0.34% at 284.96p.

UK banks' earnings roundup – strong profits despite lower rate expectations
UK-listed banks delivered another strong earnings season. Income growth was broad-based, costs were generally well controlled and bad debts remained manageable. Across the five banks we cover, second-quarter income rose by an average of almost 10% compared with last year, and pre-tax profit increased by close to 18%. All five also beat market expectations on profit. That is an encouraging combination.
