You could have a tab train if you just lay down your links … Inspired By AOC, James Talarico Also Elects To Have His Eggs Frozen https://t.co/uJN5DlBRzZ — The Babylon Bee (@TheBabylonBee) August 10, 2026 === Some of my friends on the right would let U Washington off the hook WAY too easily, defending the disinvitation. Piker is a toxic nut. Dems - even the Social Dems - are running from him. But U Wash invited him when he was a rising progressive star.
Two Police Officers Attacked by Man With Knife in Toulouse, France
This is at least the third knife attack I've written about in past three months. Can you guess what they all had in common? Here are the previous two: Suspected Terror Attack in Switzerland by Man Shouting 'Allahu Akbar' NYC: Two Men Stabbed by Suspect Yelling 'Allahu Akbar' And that brings us to today when a man armed with several knives attacked two police officers in Toulouse, France. A particularly violent scene unfolded.
UK Muslim 'News' Org Seems to Want to Make Sure Its Delightful Readers Have Someone to Protest
If I were them, I think I'd be pretty careful about pointing their rabid followers at a single person with that sort of incendiary language, wouldn't you think? I'd almost call it hate speech and suspect they were trying to provoke an incident, if not downright wish *checks notes* British and worldwide treasure John Cleese some sort of harm befalling his person.
Judge Grants TRO on Mamdani's Pied-À-Terre Tax
I've written before about the rollout of Mayor Mamdani's pied-a-terre tax. The tax itself was supported by a lot of progressive New York City residents but the mayor's rollout was another matter. Scott Galloway was just one of the people who seemed shocked that the DSA mayor was implying the wealthy had done something wrong. "He's implying we've done something wrong because we're successful?...New York is the New York is the the last place you want to demonize success.
Brilliant: DOT Recruiting Gamers for Air Traffic Control
The FAA and Department of Transportation have been desperate to hire new air traffic controllers. It's a high-stress job that requires special skills, including the ability to juggle a lot of variables in your head, incredible concentration, quick reflexes under pressure, and the ability to stare at screens for long periods of time without losing situational awareness. Sound like anything you can think of? That's what Sean Duffy and his aides thought.
Henry Rollins: 'Communist Countries Suck'
Henry Rollins is publishing a new autobiographical memoir next year. Bait Dog Boy is described by Random House as "a searing memoir of a broken childhood and the hope of escaping it" and as "a coming-of-age story with the teeth and truth of a great punk anthem.” The timing of the book announcement is a reminder that I wanted to invite Rollins to the upcoming Anti-Communist Film Festival at the Victims of Communism Museum this October.

Beege Welborn God dang. May the good Lord keep everyone in their path and all the Hot Shot crews safe, and bring the rain in from soemwhere. That is an unbelievable shot. Trending on HotAir Videos
Netanyahu: No Gaza Withdrawal Until Hamas Disarms
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday that his country rejects U.S. President Donald Trump’s latest peace plan for Gaza. The 15-point plan, issued by Trump’s Board of Peace, envisioned a phased peace process. Through it, Hamas would gradually cede its weapons and power to a new Palestinian administration, while Israel would withdraw its troops to the “yellow line” established in the ceasefire deal both sides signed in October 2025.
Bay Area Progressive Seeks to Cancel an Entire City
Cancel culture never really goes away. The Left just adapts it in new ways. Case in point, the city of Piedmont, California. I'm not sure why the San Francisco Chronicle decided to devote an entire article to one man's effort to cancel the city of Piedmont, but that's what it did.
Cunningham Not Falling for the 'White Privilege in the Tailpipe' Trick
Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham pushed back after Chicago Sky guard DiJonai Carrington blamed “WHITE PRIVILEGE” for her own ejection from Saturday’s game — a post Carrington later deleted. Cunningham dismissed the accusation outright, pointing to her own ejection last season for a similar foul. “I think the league is taking care of that,” she said. “This has nothing to do with race. Last year, I did the same thing and I got kicked out. And I deserved to be kicked out.
