In fairness, that’s when Bucks owner Jimmy Haslam set a deadline for a deal to be materialized. And the Miami Heat are eminently in the race for the two-time MVP.

The Miami Heat own the No. 13 pick, as well as the No. 41 pick. But it most importantly marks the deadline the Milwaukee Bucks set on dealing Giannis Antetokounmpo. For weeks (and even months/years), the Miami Heat have been haggling the Bucks for their superstar forward.

That was the soft deadline suggested by Milwaukee Bucks owner Jimmy Haslam a while back, as the Bucks continue to seek compensation from this year’s draft in any Antetokounmpo deal.

As the date nears, the noise has only gotten louder — and it will only continue to escalate.
