For families already struggling to cope with the consequences of conflict, the loss of these critical services further deepens vulnerabilities and compounds daily challenges. Les réunions prévues entre la présidente du CICR et plusieurs hauts responsables russes porteront sur des questions liées au droit international humanitaire, notamment l’importance de protéger les civils et les infrastructures dont ils dépendent, d’assurer le respect des droits des prisonniers de guerre et des autres personnes protégées, ainsi que de faire la lumière sur ce qu’il est advenu des personnes disparues.
