There is a natural connection between Jaipur Rugs’ new showroom and its setting. The space is in Lower Parel, within the Empire Mills compound, an area that was once at the heart of Girangaon, Mumbai’s historic “mill village”. From the late nineteenth century into the early twentieth, spinning mills, warehouses and chimneys shaped its industrial landscape, helping establish the city’s textile-making identity.

An Italian-founded design studio based in Dubai, ETEREO has built its identity around the meeting of cultures, materials and creative disciplines. Founded in Dubai in 2017 by Stefania Digregorio and Mirko Sala Tenna, the studio is based in the United Arab Emirates, with a presence in Milan, and works internationally across residential, hospitality, yachting and high-end commercial projects. This position between Italy and the Middle East is central to ETEREO’s approach.

That mission has now received international recognition. Foukhar Beit Chabeb: Reactivating a Village Craft Economy won the 2026 Impact Award at the Institut du monde arabe Design Prize in Paris, bringing a deeply local Lebanese story onto an international platform. For Ghoussoub, the award is as much about Beit Chabeb and the generations of potters who came before him as it is about his own work. Pottery is part of Ghoussoub’s family history.

Few spaces have shaped Beirut’s nightlife culture quite like BO18 . More than a nightclub, it became a meeting point between architecture, music, memory and resistance, reflecting the contradictions of the city itself. After years of closure and uncertainty, BO18 is returning to Beirut, reviving a cultural landmark that has always stood apart from the city’s more polished nightlife narrative.
