Law firms Hunton & Williams and Andrews Kurth Kenyon have announced they are merging. The new firm will employ over 1,000 attorneys and operate in 20 locations globally, with 15 of those offices based in the US. Roughly 300 of those lawyers will be based in Texas. The firm's five foreign offices are spread across Europe, Latin America and Asia. After the official combination on April 2 of this year, the firm will go by the name Hunton Andrews Kurth.
