First, there was the AI robots taking our jobs and now it’s the cats! In Cat Secretary, you have a new job at an office. I’m not 100 percent sure what the office actually does, but people are talking business and you can’t really read anyway. Your job is actually to be trained by an AI robot and then go around doing tasks that help with office moral.

Marupoyo is a tilt-based platformer that’s aimed at being friendly enough for younger children to play but challenging enough for those who aren’t young children to play around with and try to achieve all that there is to achieve. The levels are single-screen, challenging players to tilt their controller so that the little round chick rolls around, without falling into the water or lava, and collect corn until they make it to the end.

RollerGirl is a small-town, slice of life adventure game where you have crashed your car and are now roller blading around, listening to your MP3 player, and taking on odd jobs so that you can earn some repairs. The gameplay itself is pretty open with lots of different people to discover and tasks for you to take on.

In Full Bloom is a sort of creepy-feeling Tamagotchi-style game where there is a giant… creature… which simply needs to eat and eat until it’s eaten enough to get off this strange planet. And, no matter how much you feed it, it never feels fed enough. Everyone loves something, I suppose. The creature in In Full Bloom is a blob with lots of teeth and a very long tongue, and all it wants to do is eat.

Mr. Records puts you into the role of George, an old dreamer who is able to become one with the music that he listens too. After retirement, he has decided to open up a record shop bellow his home, with new records to sell each and every day. Mr. Records has two parts to the actual game. The first bit of the game is about acquiring new records and getting them placed within your shop. You are able to purchase and then play the records.

Cozy games that are all about helping your community are ones that I often enjoy spending my time in! Littlehaven is one such game, where you are very handy person, who has moved to a small town. There isn’t much stress or demand on you, but you can spend your days walking around and improving the entire village. Becoming the village designer seems like a quirky task.

Reply All is a single player, roguelike-deckbuilder that takes the concept of working in an office, sending emails that can be seen as passive aggressive. It’s an interesting storyline, as you become in charge of a bunch of emails from customers and from other people within your office! Each of these card-based battles has you using up to three cards per email. These cards can add a defence to your health and attacks to your enemy.

Those of us who have been on the internet since the early Flash-era of gaming probably will see this game and know exactly what it is. However, for those who haven’t been playing games for ages, N Plus Infinity Times Two is a frantic, multiplayer game that has you playing through different modes, trying to make it to the end first.

The Last Exam is a beautiful, hand-painted point and click adventure game where you are playing as Ryan, who keeps having the same dream over and over again. At first, it seems like a very normal day. You wake up, do some tasks in your house, and get ready for the last exam you are taking. But, each time you re-visit the dream, things seem to change. In between trying to solve your dream, you spend some time in the present world.

Lou’s Lagoon is an open-world, crafting and exploration adventure game where you must fly your own seaplane between various tropical islands, collecting resources and rebuilding a lot of damage from a massive storm. To make matters worse, your uncle Lou has suddenly disappeared, so you’ll need to figure all that out as well.
