May 11, 2026 KEARNEY, MO: The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) is pleased to announce the winners of the 2026 IPMA Awards, recognizing member organizations that are excelling, innovating, and demonstrating the value in-plant print and mail operations bring to their parent organizations. Each award highlights a different area of achievement within the in-plant community, from overall operational excellence to promotional awareness and innovation. The 2026 winners are listed below.

March 25, 2026 KEARNEY, MO: The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) is pleased to announce the second stop in its 2026 Road Show series: Church of Scientology, April 23 2026, Commerce, CA. The IPMA Roadshow series brings the in-plant community together for practical education and peer insights you can put to work immediately. Learn what’s working, compare approaches, and return with actions that strengthen your operation.
IPMA Road Show 2026– U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO)
IPMA heads to our nation’s capital Washington, DC and The U. S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) for the first stop in our 2026 Road Show. It’s an in-plant mini-conference. Learning, new ideas, emerging technology, networking, vendors, an in-plant tour, and more! IPMA’s Road Shows are free to all in-plants.
Franklin Stamp and Ink Society
As an ongoing member of the Franklin Stamp and Ink Society, it is each member’s responsibility to support and further the goals of the group. To do so, members can: • Participate in evaluation and modification of testing materials. • Participate in other IPMA sponsored events like IPMA Road Shows, PRINT, or monthly webinars. • Write articles for the IPMA newsletter and other publications. • Proctor testing at the Annual Conference or at IPMA Road Show sites.

February 12, 2026 KEARNEY, MO: The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) is thrilled to announce the first stop for their 2026 Road Shows: U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) March 19, 2026 Washington, DC IPMA heads to our nation’s capital for an in-plant mini-conference featuring learning, emerging technology, networking, and an exclusive tour of the GPO. Membership Types
Single A person who is employed by or manages in-house/corporate publishing or distribution services or a department of in-house corporate publishing and distribution services for and within a parent organization. A person whose primary role is teaching graphics, printing and/or mailing at secondary schools, colleges or universities. A student (eligible for discount). $400 Addition to Single Additional members at the same physical location that do not want to take advantage of bundled membership.

IPMA Awards 2026
IPMA Award categories include: In-plant of the Year, In-House Promotional Excellence Award, Innovation Award. Winners were recognized at the IPMA Awards Banquet during the IPMA 2025 Educational Conference in June, 2025. Purpose: Recognizes an entire in-plant business for outstanding performance. Whether the in-plant is a combination of print and mail, print only or mail only, all members are eligible.
