1 Million Minutes With Christmas and the New Year being one of the loneliest times for older people, Good Morning Britain launched our 1 Million Minutes campaign during December asking the public to pledge just 30 minutes of their time to help an older person. There was a great response from the public with over 42 million minutes pledged to help an elderly neighbour, friend or relative.
