Cheyenne Reminds Residents: Oversize Vehicle Restrictions Start Saturday
The City of Cheyenne reminds city residents that the oversize vehicle restrictions approved by the Cheyenne City Council in 2024 will take effect on Saturday, Sept. 12. Under the ordinance, oversize vehicles are defined as "any vehicle or trailer or combination that exceeds 25 feet in length, 9 feet in height, or 8.5 feet in width. Mirrors, lights, and other safety features on a vehicle do not contribute to this limit," That's according to a City of Cheyenne news release.

Week 5 of the 2026 season features teams finishing up conference duals before next week’s regional championships in Rock Springs and Gillette. Some are rivalry matches, plus a few make-ups because of previous weather postponements. Thursday and Saturday feature the most matches on the slate.
