If you reserve a room based on these options, please complete this short form so that we can determine transportation needs for overflow attendees. LEO KENT HOTEL: A Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel We now have a room block at the Marriott Leo Kent Hotel. Opened in 2023 in a historic high-rise, it is in the heart of downtown, surrounded by restaurants and museums.

Dear JASNA Members Registered for the AGM, We released a questionnaire for all attendees on June 30 to help us get a headcount for remaining hotel room needs. Based on that data, we are doing the following: Releasing all remaining JW Marriott room inventory for all nights on Wednesday, July 8, at approximately 12 noon Eastern/9:00am Arizona Time. Continuing to look for a secondary room block to accommodate people without reservations, or with needs that are unlikely to be met at the JW Marriott.

ALL HOTEL BOOKING CODES HAVE NOW BEEN DISTRIBUTED. An email was sent to all registrants on the evening of June 30, 2026, with the latest news and a request for ALL AGM attendees to complete a questionnaire so that we can take a headcount of people who need rooms on specific nights.

Registration for In-Person Attendees and Companions opened at 12 noon Eastern Time on Saturday, June 20. Currently, all in-person registration categories are SOLD OUT. You may join a waitlist.
