We are still working on our next print edition. For your planning purposes, here are the obituaries that will appear in that edition. Our condolences to survivors. Salem - Rachael Anne Armstrong, passed away on the morning of Friday, August 21, 2026, peacefully, at home, and surrounded by love. Rachael was born January 10, 1984 at the Army hospital in Nuremberg, Germany to Michael Evan and Tanya (Nosal) Goldstein.

Our next issue is coming along nicely and will print this week. It’s to honor 9/11, and our usual writers and some guest columnists have composed poignant thoughts on the topic. This will be a notable issue. Our front page headline will be “We Haven’t Forgotten.” Before we go to print, there are a few ways to support this issue. The more support we get, the more extra copies we print — to hopefully attract new subscribers. We’re going Subscriber-Only 1/1/27.
