Ram Trucks Recalled Due to Rearview Camera Display Issue
Stellantis is recalling almost a quarter-million Ram trucks for an issue that could cause the rearview camera system to fail. The recall affects 239,131 Ram 1500 pickups from the 2025 and 2026 model years and is suspected to originate from the infotainment software. The issue was first discovered earlier this year, when the automaker and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) opened an investigation into the camera systems.

Diesel fuel is selling for $5.85 per gallon on average nationwide, AAA says – the highest price on record. America is likely to see its highest-ever Labor Day gas prices, the organization says, with no end in sight. The American economy runs on diesel fuel, and diesel has never been this expensive. According to AAA, the nationwide average price of a gallon of diesel today sits at $5.85, up $0.24 in just a week. Other fuels are expensive as well.
Subaru Delays Getaway Launch to 2028 Model Year
Subaru’s upcoming 3-row electric SUV, the Getaway, will launch as a 2028 model instead of the previously announced 2027 model. A Subaru representative confirmed the change to Kelley Blue Book editors, and according to the brand’s website, the Getaway will now launch next spring. The Getaway was first unveiled at the New York International Auto Show earlier this year, where Subaru called the crossover its most spacious EV ever made and its “most powerful” production vehicle ever.
