The war of words between Alex Van Halen and Sammy Hagar has sparked up again. In a recent interview with the Brazilian magazine Roadie Crew, Alex was asked about the autobiographies written by each of Van Halen’s classic frontmen – David Lee Roth and Hagar.

The Canadian hard rockers played their first concert with Rik Emmett since 1988 at the Sweden Rock Festival, a seasoned annual gathering that's been happening since 1992, in June of 2008.

Bruce Springsteen has announced he will release a new concert film via streaming, scheduled to arrive Wednesday (Sept. 9). Complete details have not been shared yet (including where you'll be able to see it), but the upcoming movie was captured in Philadelphia during the rocker's latest tour with the E Street Band earlier this year.

Caitlin Clark fans had plenty to smile about Friday morning as the Indiana Fever star made her FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup debut with Team USA. The United States opened the tournament with a convincing 94-61 win over China, and Clark made sure her first World Cup appearance was one fans will remember. Clark finished the game with 14 points and 11 assists in 25 minutes, giving her a double-double in her first World Cup game. The 11 assists may be the number that stands out the most.

On Sept. 4, 1976 the Bee Gees reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with their classic disco hit “You Should Be Dancing.” The song’s success was helped by an unlikely source: folk rocker Stephen Stills. The Bee Gees were already international superstars thanks to early soft rock hits like “How Can You Mend a Broken Heart.” In 1975, they made a stylistic change, embracing the burgeoning sound of disco with their single “Jive Talkin’”.

As a hunter, I have seen firsthand why conservation work through Iowa farms matters. But the benefits can extend well beyond the farm operation. Both growing up on a farm and enjoying hunting have provided me with a favorably take on these programs.

Journey certainly seemed to have plans to continue their Final Frontier Tour into 2027. So, what happened? Everything began with a huge surprise. Jonathan Cain hinted at the prospect of leaving after 45 years with Journey, before Neal Schon confirmed the lineup change in October 2025: "He's saying at the end of '26-'27, he will move on. We will have a great couple of years." Journey then initially confirmed 60 dates, running through July 2026. The timeline seemed long, indeed.
