A fourth-term legislator from central Iowa was arrested this morning in Ames, on two different charges. Chip Baltimore, on the right in the photograph, was pulled over at 5:41 this morning. Baltimore, the chair of the Judiciary Committee, is in his fourth term at the State House. He was arrested and charged with first-offense OWI and possession of a firearm while under the influence. KCCI reports Baltimore was booked into the Story County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
