Poppy’s Band Just Played Without Her at Upheaval Festival
At the Upheaval Festival in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Poppy's band took the stage and performed a nearly hour-long set without her. In the video below, Poppy's backing band can be seen wearing respirator masks beneath their theatrical stage mask, which is commonly used to filter particulate matter in the air. The respirator mask bears a "3M" mark across the mouth, similar to the product readily listed at several hardware stores.

A fan shared a screenshot on the System of a Down Reddit page earlier this week pointing out that the final track on the album on Spotify, which has always been known as "Arto," now shows the name "Der Voghormia," which translates from Armenian to "Lord Have Mercy." If you love your heavy music, you'll be thrilled to know that Cradle of Filth are heading back out this fall on a run that will include support from Moonspell, Worm and Black Satellite. Slaughter to Prevail are also back out for an extensive fall tour with support from DJ Paul and Rev3rent. No Free Uber’s Because El Paso DA Forgot? Original
The El Paso District Attorney's office lost out on a grant that would have offered free Uber rides to inebriated drivers because they didn't apply for it. The "Pick Your Ride" program was funded by grants from the Texas Department of Transportation. Last year, El Paso got $75K to use to pay part, if not all, of the Uber fee for taking an impaired driver home safely instead of they themselves getting behind the wheel.
