Moby has announced his new album, titled Future Quiet, will be released on February 20th. The project marks Moby’s 23rd studio album, and is the follow-up to 2023’s ‘Everything Is Wrong. ’ Future Quiet features a variety of guest collaborators across 11 tracks, led by a reimagined version of his Stranger Things viral song, ‘When It’s Cold I’d Like to Die’, in collaboration with Gabriels’ Jacob Lusk.

Paris Hilton surprised fans by dropping a re-recorded version of her 2006 hit “Stars Are Blind” on Amazon Music. Hilton, 41, announced the news on Instagram, posting a photo of the album art alongside a video and photo of a digital billboard in New York City’s Times Square advertising the song and writing the caption: Hilton’s music career was launched towards the end of her time on “The Simple Life,” which aired from 2003 to 2007.

Anita Pointer, a founding member of Grammy-winners the Pointer Sisters along with her younger sisters Bonnie, June and her sister Ruth, died of cancer on Saturday, December 31st at the age of 74. Pointer passed away at home in Los Angeles, surrounded by her family. A family statement read in part: “While we are deeply saddened by the loss of Anita, we are comforted in knowing she is now with her daughter, Jada and her sisters June & Bonnie and at peace.

SZA’s sophomore album “SOS” is on top of the Billboard 200 chart again this week, earning 180,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending Dec. 22. SOS moved 315,000 album equivalent units in its opening week. SZA is now the first Black female artist since Beyoncé to see her album spend its first two weeks atop the Billboard 200 (Beyoncé accomplished the feat with her self-titled 2013 album).

Sports Illustrated revealed the headliners for the publication’s 2023 Super Bowl Weekend event: Sports Illustrated The Party: Machine Gun Kelly and The Chainsmokers. The event will take place at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz., Saturday, Feb.

Rihanna and her boyfriend, rapper A$AP Rocky, have shared pictures and posted video of their infant son for the first time. The couple welcomed their first child back in May, and have not yet announced their son’s name, nor had either posted any pictures or videos of the infant until now.

Additional performers have been added to the already star-studded lineup for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2023. The show will take place from Disneyland, Los Angeles and New Orleans. As previously announced, 18x host and executive producer Ryan Seacrest will once again head to Times Square to lead the festivities, with actress and producer Liza Koshy returning as co-host alongside Seacrest.

Céline Dion has shared her struggle with a rare neurological disorder, posting a video on Instagram with the caption: “I’ve been dealing with problems with my health for a long time, and it’s been really difficult for me to face these challenges and to talk about everything that I’ve been going through…It hurts me to tell you that I won’t be ready to restart my tour in Europe in February.

Mad Cool Festival has revealed the initial lineup for the 2023 event, headlined by Machine Gun Kelly, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Liam Gallagher, Lizzo, Lil Nas X, and Robbie Williams. The festival will take place in Madrid, Spain from July 6-8.

Paramore has announced they will be playing an album release show in their home state of Tennessee on February 6th, 2023, set to take place at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville.The band’s long-awaited sixth studio album, This Is Why, is set to arrive on February 10th, 2023. The band shared the news on Instagram and also revealed that fellow Nashville-based artist Louis Prince will be opening the show.
