Ray County Prosecutor removed from office; accused of misconduct
RAY COUNTY, Mo. -- Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway has removed Ray County Prosecutor Camille Johnston from office for alleged misconduct. Hanaway announced Thursday that her office filed a petition to remove Johnston, which was then approved by a judge in a preliminary order. The Petition alleges that: Johnston verbally berated her staff and employees, creating an environment of fear and intimidation.
Holt man injured in Caldwell County accident
CALDWELL COUNTY, Mo - A Holt man was injured in a two-vehicle accident in Caldwell County this afternoon The accident occurred just after 2 on Missouri Route 13 just south of Route F. The accident occurred two miles south of Kingston where a southbound pickup truck driven by a 31-year-old Holt man crossed the center line and hit the rear driver's side of a northbound pickup driven by a 36-year-old Kingston man.

Through the program hunters donate a deer to a participating processor.
