Both of my sisters are using GLP-1's and I have to admit that I am one of them also, All GLP-1 medications have side effects. Some of them are worse than others. Big Brother 28 is almost over (thank goodness!) and I've found myself weaning away from watching the live feeds. I've sadly noticed that the Evergreen State doesn't get a lot of representation on the show this season or hardly any of the others. There have only been Big Brother contestants from Washington in only THREE seasons out of TWENTY-SIX. What's up with that? Instead of two Survivor players, we should have had some Pacific Northwest player flavor from Washington imho.

The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 57-year-old Christopher Steiner, who was last seen at his residence on Olalla Canyon Road in Cashmere on Sunday, August 30th, at approximately 8:30 p.m. Steiner left the residence on foot and left his phone at the residence when he departed and has not been seen or heard from since. Deputies have conducted an extensive search utilizing drones, a helicopter, and a deputy trained in tracking.

E-scooters look like they can be fun, and across Washington state some people are using e-scooters for their daily commute. Although I think it might be difficult to use an e-scooter in the wintertime if there's snow and ice on the ground. With the increase in e-scooter use, there is going to be an inevitable increase in injuries.

Traveling from Eastern Washington to Western Washington and back has always been a little problematic. For the most part we use either I-90 going over Snoqualmie Pass or we use Highway 2 going over Stevens Pass. Although there are a few of us. If we're planning on going South on I-5 into Oregon, we might consider going to Yakima, then across, down to Goldendale and then follow the Columbia River into Portland, OR.
