The man allegedly returned a positive drug test, while police say a search of his vehicle found a commercial amount of drugs, weapons and cash. Teens arrested after stolen car followed
Four teens – including one from Geelong and three from Wyndham – have been arrest after a police chased a stolen car. The incident finished when the car became bogged while trying to escape a fast food drive thru. “Officers on patrol spotted an outstanding stolen blue BMW, allegedly doubling the speed limit in a 50 zone, around Armstong Road in Mambourin about 10.50pm,” police said in a statement.
Crews called to Torquay blaze
CFA crews have been called to a house fire in Torquay. They were called to Grossmans Road just before 3.20pm Monday, finding the blaze at an abandoned property. Teens arrested over Werribee incident
A teenager from the Greater Geelong area is among four teenagers arrested over an alleged incident in Werribee. Police allege a speeding stolen blue BMW was spotted in Mambourin late Saturday night. They saw a passenger being dropped off at Wyndham Train Station before the vehicle continued to Werribee, where it eventually got bogged outside a fast-food drive-thru.
