Elm Creek-Lexington Regional Health Center is set to reopen the clinic in Elm Creek later on the month. The town has been without a clinic since the fall of 2024. Lexington Regional remolded the old location of the Country Clinic and held an open house on Wednesday. Eustis native Leigh-Anne Lehmann (PA-C) who has been a Physician’s Assistant with the Lexington health care system will operate the clinic. She spoke with Jayson Jorgensen about this new health care resource for the community.

(HOUSTON, Texas) — Deputies responded to reports of multiple people shot inside a Kroger outside Houston, Texas on Wednesday afternoon, the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said. The incident took place at the Cypresswood Drive location in the Houston area around 3:00 p.m. CT. A possible suspect was detained, according to law enforcement. The scene was closed off as investigators searched searched the area. It was not immediately clear how many victims were involved.
