The 6-foot-10 senior in the Class of 2026 is ranked No. 10 nationally by the 247Sports composite. He ranked No. 1 in the 2027 class by ESPN before reclassifying in August. From James Hubert Blake High School in Silver Spring, Md., Oladotun is coach Buzz Williams’ highest-rated recruit since he was at Virginia Tech in 2017.

Missouri is undefeated this season behind a high-powered offense averaging 91.4 points per game. The Tigers (5-0) will try to continue their winning ways on Thursday night when they host South Dakota in a non-conference game in Columbia, Mo. Missouri is coming off a 91-73 victory Monday against visiting Prairie View A&M, putting six players in double figures in scoring. Jacob Crews came off the bench to score a game-high 20 points, going 4 of 5 from 3-point range. He also grabbed eight rebounds.

Southern California will take an unblemished record into next week’s Maui Invitational if the Trojans get past visiting Troy on Thursday night in Los Angeles. USC (3-0) will open its first-ever appearance at the prestigious Thanksgiving week tournament in Maui against Boise State, which also marks the Trojans’ first trip outside of the Los Angeles area this season.

Before Arizona State takes part in the Maui Invitational, the Sun Devils will play their first road game when they face Hawaii on Thursday in Honolulu. Arizona State (3-1) rebounded from a 77-65 loss to Gonzaga last Friday by beating Georgia State 75-62 on Monday in Tempe, Ariz. Oklahoma coach Porter Moser is in an unusual position heading into Thursday night’s game against Oral Roberts in Norman, Okla. Usually, Moser’s teams are defensive-minded, with their offense serving as an entity that needs refining throughout the season. But coming off a wild 105-99 loss to Nebraska on Saturday, it’s the Sooners’ defense that needs an overhaul. “A coached team that I put out there usually has a better defense, but that’s being addressed,” Moser said.

Utah coach Alex Jensen always wants his team to hunt for the extra pass. A full-ball reversal is what he hopes will lead the Utes to success on Thursday night when they face Cal Poly in Salt Lake City. Utah (5-0) utilized this cross-court passing strategy in an 85-77 home win against Purdue-Fort Wayne on Tuesday.

One-time Duke backcourt mates Jon Scheyer and Greg Paulus are front and center Friday night on opposite benches as the Blue Devils host Niagara in the first-ever meeting between the programs. It would be easy to label Friday’s clash between No. 9 BYU and No. 23 Wisconsin in Salt Lake City represents an opportunity for the Badgers to gain revenge for their NCAA Tournament second-round loss eight months ago. But that would ignore the obvious. The Cougars (3-1) and the Badgers (4-0) are significantly different than they were on March 22 – when BYU never trailed but had to survive John Tonje’s missed 10-foot fadeaway on the game’s final possession to claim the 91-89 win in Denver.

The Philadelphia 76ers expect to have Paul George in the lineup again on Thursday night, but the Milwaukee Bucks won’t be as lucky with Giannis Antetokounmpo when the clubs meet for the first time this season in Milwaukee. Coming off knee surgery and playing for the first time since March 4, George started but was limited to 21 minutes in a 110-108 home win over one of his former teams, the Los Angeles Clippers, on Monday night.

The Memphis Grizzlies enter their game Thursday night against the visiting Sacramento Kings intent on snapping a five-game losing streak. If the Grizzlies are to be successful in winning for the first time since Nov. 7 against Dallas, they must solve their fourth-quarter collapses. In a 108-100 loss Saturday at Cleveland, the Grizzlies scored only 16 points in the final quarter. On Tuesday at San Antonio, they managed only 14 in the fourth quarter of a 111-101 loss.
