A series of overnight burglaries at a Woodburn food truck pod has left several small business owners facing costly repairs and stolen property, while police say they have identified a suspect. The burglaries happened during the early morning hours of July 13 at The Lot Highway 99 Food Carts, located at 1600 Industrial Ave., according to the Woodburn Police Department. Officers responded after receiving reports that multiple food trucks had been forcibly entered.
