Chuze Fitness Opens New Location in North Long Beach

The new gym, located at 2185 East South Street, is the 22nd location for the franchise in Southern California. Chuze Fitness, known for its affordable gym memberships and immersive movie theater workout spaces, opened its newest franchise on July 31.
$2 Billion Downtown Los Angeles Development Approved to Transform Skid Row

The project will span 10 buildings and redevelop 7.6 acres at 364-448 and 425-433 South Central Avenue, and 715 and 730 East 4th Street, which are currently made up of cold storage facilities, parking lots and warehouses, into office and retail space, and more than 1,500 residential units.
