Cantilevered over the ocean, this home is a striking example of architecture responding to its setting. The roughly 14,400-square-foot estate has eight bedrooms and 15 bathrooms.

The team behind the creative company believes that great design lies in the details. Rather than focusing on only big-picture elements, they highlight the importance of smaller features like hardware, lighting, switches, and electrical fittings.

The Monsignor O’Brien House is a striking example of early Los Angeles architecture. This 3,103 square foot residence offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms. As a designated Historic Cultural Monument, it stands as an important reminder of the city’s architectural heritage.

Located in the Calabasas Highlands, the three-bedroom, two-bath house marks a key point in the architect’s early career, when he was developing ideas that would later shape some of his best-known work. However, this mega-mansion was just completed by Ardie Tavangarian of the Arya Group. The massive Bel-Air estate combines bold architecture with natural materials to create a jaw-dropping appearance. The property includes eight bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, with every space designed with luxury living in mind.

The new gym, located at 2185 East South Street, is the 22nd location for the franchise in Southern California. Chuze Fitness, known for its affordable gym memberships and immersive movie theater workout spaces, opened its newest franchise on July 31.

The project will span 10 buildings and redevelop 7.6 acres at 364-448 and 425-433 South Central Avenue, and 715 and 730 East 4th Street, which are currently made up of cold storage facilities, parking lots and warehouses, into office and retail space, and more than 1,500 residential units.
