87-year-old Laura Farr was cold and confused as she walked down the shoulder of the busy Staten Island Expressway, all alone. The elderly woman was trying to visit her grandkids, but after someone gave her a ride and dropped her off a couple blocks away, she found herself disoriented. Laura kept walking down the highway, but it was freezing outside and she was shaking. But no one stopped to help her. In fact, she walked a whole two miles before anyone asked if she needed help.
