Basel, Switzerland, 23 June 2026 – Prior to the release of its Half-Year 2026 results on 22 July, Lonza has published restated Half-Year 2025 financial information reflecting the classification of its CHI business as discontinued operations, in line with its Full-Year 2025 reporting. In December 2024, Lonza announced its intention to divest the CHI business. As a result, the CHI results were reported as discontinued operations for the Full-Year 2025.

Hans will join Lonza on 1 September 2026 and succeed David Carter, who has led Lonza’s Communications function since 2019. Hans is a seasoned communications executive with broad experience across communications, strategy and business leadership in global organizations.

Basel, Switzerland, 8 May 2026 – In its qualitative Q1 2026 business update, Lonza reported a strong performance across its CDMO business in line with the expected trajectory for Full-Year 2026. As expected, due to a lower prior year base, campaign timing and product releases, and planned site shutdowns, CER sales growth and CORE EBITDA margin will be notably stronger in the first half of 2026 than in the second half.

All Board members standing for re-election were re-elected, each for a further term in office until the completion of the AGM 2027. The following Board members stood for re-election: Jean-Marc Huët, Juan Andres, Eric Drapé, Marion Helmes, Angelica Kohlmann, Christoph Mäder and David Meline. Shareholders approved the election of Claudia Süssmuth-Dyckerhoff, Sami Atiya and Stephen Fry as new Board members, each for a term in office until the completion of the AGM 2027.
