My name is Lu. If your voice sometimes shakes, don’t worry - mine does too, and I believe that’s a good thing! It usually means we’re onto something big! That’s why I’m here. My goal is to create a space where we can learn together how to trust our voices and speak our truth in many areas of our lives with courage and kindness at the core. I don't believe in encouraging women just to be louder… Instead, I want to understand why we sometimes hold back and how we can move through that resistance to finally feel seen, empowered & supported.
