Austin Summers, 31, of Meridian, was arraigned Monday in Canyon County Court on one count of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and two counts of felony injury to a child. The charges stem from a crash on Interstate 84 near Nampa on November 25, 2025.

The subsidy, which currently helps keep monthly premiums lower for Medicare’s prescription drug plans, is set to expire after 2026, according to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and administration officials.

New details have emerged with MJā€™s death certificate, which shows that her cause of death was acute cardiopulmonary arrest. US Weekly reported the news first on Tuesday (July 28). The outlet also notes that acute respiratory failure and metastatic lung cancer were also included as conditions that led to Shannonā€™s death. Shannon died on July 16 at a hospital in Los Angeles, California.
