August 17, 2026 James Alaniz, 60, of Abilene, TX was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant. August 18, 2026 Timothy Laws, 56, of Mena was arrested by an officer with the Arkansas State Police on charges of DWI, Fail to Maintain Lane, and No Proof of Insurance. Scotty Baxter, 47, of Wickes was arrested on a Body Attachment as well as two Failure to Appear warrants.

August 16 A report of commercial burglary, breaking or entering, and criminal mischief was taken at a residence on South Reine Street. A report of criminal mischief was taken at a residence on Marian Avenue. August 17 Martha Frost, 48, was served with a warrant at the Sheriff’s Office. A report of criminal mischief and criminal trespass was taken on Mena Street. August 18 A report of sexual assault was taken from a walk-in complainant.

August 10, 2026 Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 71 S near Hatfield in reference to a physical domestic disturbance leading to the arrest of Luke Golding, 26, of Mena on charges of Public Intoxication, 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, 2nd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, Refusal to Submit to Arrest, and 3rd Degree Domestic Battery. August 11, 2026 Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a missing purse.

August 9 Britteny Rexrode, 39, was charged with Driving on Suspended License after a traffic stop on Highway 71. A report of battery was taken at a residence on Missouri Avenue. August 10 Elizabeth Smith, 29, was charged with Disorderly Conduct after a disturbance call to Southwest EMS. August 11 No report. August 12 Dakota Higgins, 24, was charged with Public Intoxication on 11th Street. A report of harassment was taken at a residence on Morrow Street.

August 3, 2026 Deputies responded to a report of a possible missing cell phone. Deputies were dispatched to Winter Lane near Hatfield in reference to property damage and threats being made. August 4, 2026 Deputies responded to a report of a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was later located and issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct. Deputies responded to a report of issues with child custody. Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 278 near Wickes in reference to an unattended death.

August 2 A report of criminal trespass was taken from KFC/Taco Bell. August 3 A report of failure to stop after accident was taken on Morrow Street. Dayven Breeden, 19, was served with a warrant at Silver Screen Theater. August 4 Bonnie Vincent, 40, was charged with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct at municipal court. Jordan Bingham, 29, was charged with Criminal Trespass at Walmart. August 5 No report. August 6 A report of breaking or entering was taken on Morrow Street.

July 27, 2026 Deputies responded to a report of vehicle damage on Cearley Lane near Acorn. Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Hwy 71 S near Mena in reference to an unattended death. A traffic stop on Polk 298 near Mena led to the arrest of Floyd Knight, 44, of Mena on a charge of Public Intoxication and Gage Lambert, 35, of Mena on charges of DWI and Open Container. Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a scam.

July 26 No report. July 27 No report. July 28 Vicki Waggoner, 51, was served with a warrant at the county jail. Dakota Higgins, 24, was served with a warrant at a residence on Jolie Way. A report of theft was taken from a person at Chiquita’s. A report of theft was taken at Walmart. July 29 Allon Anderson, 54, was served with a warrant at the county jail. Jessica Johnston, 46, was served with a warrant at the District Court Clerks Office. July 30 No report.

July 20, 2026 Deputies responded to a walk-in complainant in reference to a trespasser. Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Polk 67 near Big Fork in reference to a break-in leading to the arrest of Nicole Hollamon, 54, of Mena on a charge of Criminal Trespass. Shaon Watts, 47, of Mena was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant and on a Parole Hold. Kaitlyn Moss, 28, of Mena was arrested on a Parole Hold. Robert Castillo, 57, of Hatfield was arrested on a Body Attachment.

July 19 Israel Quiroz, 43, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment after a disturbance call to a residence on Hornbeck Avenue. July 20 A report of criminal trespass was taken at The Mercantile. Paul Miner, 33, was charged with Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct after a disturbance call to a residence on 11th Street. July 21 A report of breaking or entering was taken at a residence on Hamilton Avenue.
