Kemira acquires REPUR
Kemira, a global leader in sustainable chemical solutions for water-intensive industries, has completed the acquisition of REPUR S.r.l., an Italy-based provider of activated carbon reactivation services for municipal and industrial water treatment applications. The GVH approved the transaction without imposing any commitments or conditions, concluding that the acquisition would not significantly reduce competition in the relevant markets.
