Thirty-six official new Minnesota State Fair Foods for 2026 have just been announced, and it’s time for my annual ridiculous list of them RANKED! These are my guesses, based on virtually nothing, as to which foods are going to be hits. Is there logic behind this? I can pretend there is—I’ve been ranking foods at the Fair for more than a decade. However, plenty of times I’ve expected foods to be good and they’ve been awful.
