On Sunday (May 4), Quavo‘s Rocket Foundation hosted a Mother’s Day brunch for moms who have lost children to gun violence. The Migos frontman was joined by his mother, along with the event’s co-hosts – TakeOff‘s mother and grandmother – who all honored the late Migos rapper who was killed in a shooting in 2022.

Neil Diamond will be honored with the Inspirational Lifetime Achievement Award at the 39th Annual Carousel Ball in Denver on October 11, benefiting the Children’s Diabetes Foundation. Diamond will become only the third recipient of the prestigious award, following Sidney Poitier in 2016, and Diane Warren in 2024. The 84-year-old singer has long been involved with the foundation and its fundraising efforts, showcasing his support by performing at various events over the years.

The Colorado-famous Los Dos Potrillos, a family-owned restaurant known for its “Mexican comfort food, award-winning house-brewed beers, and delicious handcrafted margaritas,” is celebrating the grand opening of its latest Colorado location, the very first in Denver. The Ramirez family is set to open their Denver location this Tuesday, April 15th, at 11 am at 4100 E. Mexico Ave., Ste. G Denver, CO 80222. A special ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 10:45 am.

Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie are set to return as judges for Season 22 of “American Idol,” according to an announcement from ABC. Ryan Seacrest will also be back as the host. ABC has not announced the date for the return of the show but said it will be back in spring next year. ABC announced that virtual auditions will kick off on August 2 with the First 700 VIP event, in which budding Idols can sign up for a VIP spot before anyone else.
