Over the last several years, recovery has become just as important as training itself. Whether it’s red light therapy, compression boots, cold plunges, mobility work, or nutritional supplementation, athletes are constantly looking for ways to recover faster and perform better. One of the newest categories gaining traction is shilajit and peptide supplementation.

After 15 seasons living in Jackson Hole, one question never changes: “Where should I stay?” The answer depends entirely on the type of trip you’re planning. Are you here for a Snow King concert? A luxury getaway? A family vacation? Wildlife photography? Fly fishing? A romantic weekend? The good news is Jackson has everything from hostels to five-star resorts. The challenge is understanding the tradeoffs between staying in Town, Teton Village, Wilson, or along the Snake River corridor.

That is where balance boards come in. If I’m being honest, my review of Canyon’s first-ever Deflectr Trail helmet was going to rank it above average at best.
