I’m researching lithium house-bank retrofits and trying to better understand how alternator charging is handled in real-world cat installs. In a typical twin-engine setup (e.g. 2× 80–120A alternators, shared LiFePOâ‚„ house bank): Do you run one DC/DC per engine into the same house bank? What charge current per alternator do you usually allow (30A, 50A, more)?
