Cooper Webb is in the midst of what is expected to be his final AMA Pro Motocross season. In his latest vlog, the American takes viewers behind the scenes of the eighth round of the championship at the legendary Washougal circuit. Webb offers a look at life both on and off the track, following his preparations, the motos, and everything that goes into a race weekend. The event also marked Military Appreciation Weekend, honoring the men and women who have served their country.

Danish rider Mikkel Haarup is competing in the 450 class for the Triumph team this season. In his vlog, Haarup takes you behind the scenes of his daily life, sharing both the highs and the lows of racing at the highest level. This second episode focuses on the AMA Pro Motocross National at Washougal.

Adam Cianciarulo and Justin Brayton took an in-depth look back at the AMA Pro Motocross round at Washougal. A major talking point was the penalty handed to Jett Lawrence. The Australian was instructed to give up one position, sparking debate over whether that was the appropriate decision. Cianciarulo and Brayton also discussed the latest developments in the 250 class.

MXGP of Australia has today announced 21 wildcard riders across MXGP, MX2 and WMX, with international stars and Australian favourites set to join the world’s best when FIM Motorcross World Championship returns to Darwin from 18–21 September.

Several replacement riders will line up for the opening round of the FIM World Supercross Championship (WSX) in Canada. Due to injuries and scheduling conflicts with other racing commitments, a number of teams have adjusted their rider line-ups for the season opener. At Quad Lock Honda, Dean Wilson will replace Joey Savatgy. MotoConcepts Racing has drafted in Mike Alessi to stand in for Enzo Lopes, while Luke Neese will race for 595 Racing as the replacement for Hector Assunção.

The entry lists for this weekend’s MXGP of Belgium in Lommel have been released, and alongside the regular MX2 and MXGP riders, there are several notable names. In MX2, Lotte van Drunen is joined by Scott Smulders, who returns to the entry list. In MXGP, Andrea Bonacorsi returns from injury, as previously reported, while Jorgen-Matthias Talviku has been added to the list as the replacement for the injured Alberto Forato.

The Van Venrooy KTM Racing Team continued to make progress during the MXGP of the Czech Republic in Loket. Despite a weekend that included its fair share of setbacks, Jeremy Seewer, Rick Elzinga and Noel Zanocz all showed encouraging pace on the technical and demanding circuit. Jeremy Seewer enjoyed a promising start to the weekend. The Swiss rider qualified seventh in the timed practice session and finished sixth in the qualifying race, once again demonstrating his strong speed.
