Albert Sabin (1906–1993) was a prolific medical scientist who spent nearly 30 years as a professor and researcher at the University of Cincinnati (UC) and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

UC Dance Team represents US at ICU World Championships
In February 2026, the University of Cincinnati (UC) Dance Team was selected to represent their country as the 2026 U.S. Hip Hop National Team at the International Cheer Union (ICU) World Championships from April 21-24, 2026. This announcement came only a month after the Universal Dance Association (UDA) College Dance Team National Championship in January 2026. The ICU World Championship were held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando.
