Cannabis dealer, 28, bags 10 months imprisonment
The Federal High Court, Ibadan, on Wednesday, sentenced one Kudus Adewale, 28, to 10 months in the correctional centre for dealing in 250g of Cannabis Sativa. Justice Uche Agomoh convicted and sentenced Adewale after he had pleaded guilty to the one-count charge of unlawful dealing in narcotics preferred against him. The judge added that she considered the fact that the convict did not waste the time and resources of the court before pleading guilty.
