Noisecutter
Newsletter (Digital)
Today’s news cycle is doomed.
Never before in the history of the world have we had this much access to this many headlines. News outlets around the world give us the facts, but without any context, they’re just not very useful. That’s where we come in.
Here at Noisecutter, we provide insight and analysis on news items that matter. We write for an audience that’s keenly interested in forming a better, more nuanced understanding of the world today and the forces that shape it. We do our best to avoid any ideological bent, and instead try to strike at the truth of the issues we cover, no matter how unsettling that truth might be. Source

Ticking Tok. Gaza Gets Pier'd. Haiti Struggles.
So, we’ve completed the merger between the old Business Thoughts newsletter and The Noisecutter Podcast into one cohesive media property: Noisecutter.
Boeing, AI, And Other Dangers.
Ed. Note: I took a break from writing Business Thoughts back in mid-November, as holiday craziness hit high gear. Thankfully, that’s all done now, and it’s time to get back into it. Now, a few things happened while we were all full of Christmas ham, and I’m going to try to cover that and more in this two-part catch-up issue of Business Thoughts. Don’t already receive Business Thoughts? Let’s sort that out now. For me, the latest saga with Boeing smacks of déjà vu.
Flag Day / Turkey Day.
Ed. Note: I’m trying to grow my tiny little Substack. Putting it together takes some work, and it’s something I do for free. If it’s not too much to ask, can you forward this to just one person you think might enjoy it? The help would be much appreciated. Don’t already receive Business Thoughts? Let’s sort that out now. I admit, I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with WeWork. For years, I maintained an office at one WeWork location or another. Several of my closest friends, I met at a WeWork.
