The Northern Dispatch Media Network, Inc. (NDMN), a SEC-registered non-government, non-profit organization, is the publisher of Nordis. NDNM aims to help develop media vehicles and media practitioners in Northern Luzon to acquire and to practice a strong grassroots orientation.
