New Menswear Shop Now Open In North Loop October 3, 2026 Men looking to update their look now have one more reason to head to North Loop. A new shop, Nonpareil, just opened near Target Field. It’s owned by Dylan Benson, who’s already a familiar face to those who’ve shopped at MartinPatrick3. Dylan was an assistant store manager at MP3 and worked there for 11 1/2 years before venturing out on his own. “This is just about giving Minneapolis something unique and fun,” he said.

What’s Happening with North Loop Park Construction? September 21, 2026 Last year, we reported that Minneapolis Parks staff would start work on North Loop Park in the fall, transforming the N. 3rd St. green space into a quiet, welcoming spot with more trees and plantings, benches and a small stage. The start of construction has now been delayed until Spring 2027, because work must first be done to replace the park’s soil, which currently isn’t able to support the amenities planned for the park.
