Butte County Public Health provides Car Seat Classes to the community. Attend a class to learn the care seat laws, how to install car seats, and to receive a car seat at no cost! Pre-registration is requires to attend. Click Here to register. Classes fill quickly and space is limited. Chico and Oroville classes are conducted in English Spanish one-on-one fittings available
